Felix is a service of IGS Social Tech UG i. G. in Düsseldorf. We build technology that brings people together – not technology that replaces them.
Why Felix exists
Many older people live alone. The carers come, but they have little time. Between visits, it’s often quiet. Loneliness in later life is common – and it affects health.
At the same time, home-care services often find out too late when something isn’t right. Who likes to complain to the friendly carer standing right in front of them? That’s how small worries become big problems.
That’s why we built Felix: a patient companion on the phone who listens, asks questions and passes on what matters.

Felix is always open about being an AI. Felix never pretends to be a person.
An addition, not a replacement
Felix doesn’t replace carers, family, friends or doctors. Felix is there for the time in between.
You stay in control
You decide what Felix passes on. You can pause, cancel and have your data deleted at any time.
Careful with data
As little data as possible, stored in the EU and never sold.
